Beth is a registered Psychologist with a passion for assisting clients to live fulfilled and meaningful lives. In past roles she has worked in the areas of: community mental health, victims of crime as well as the assessment of children and adolescents with learning and developmental disorders.
Beth has a particular interest in the area of perinatal mental health (including the pre and postnatal periods) and adjustment to parenthood. She also has an interest in working with adolescents experiencing difficulties at school, adjustment challenges and stress.
Beth utilises evidence-based techniques, with a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is a warm, empathic and compassionate Psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.
Beth will be on Maternity leave from the end of March.
