Tehani Gunasekara

MAPS BA BSc(Adv.)
Hon(Psych) MPsych Clinical Psychologist

I see therapy as a process of transformation. Transformation achieved as you and I work together to understand the problem, clarify your goals, and reach for solutions. I work with mums, dads, teachers, managers, and more. Basically, those who care for and influence others. Your role is of immense value as you nurture and lead those you parent or manage. Having others under your care can make it difficult to nurture your own wellbeing. You want to be the best people-influencer you can be and you want to maintain your own health and wellbeing while doing so. I use evidence-based therapies and strategies and then support you to implement them with the aim of helping you be the person you want to be and make the most of life. – Tehani Gunasekara
