Sneha, a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar, enjoys working with adults, adolescents and children.
Sneha seeks to understand her client’s unique circumstances and perspective with openness and curiosity. She believes in empowering individuals to focus on their strengths to build self-efficacy, and collaboratively tailoring solutions to meet their emotional, behavioural and life challenges.
With experience in therapeutic intervention, crisis counselling, and psychometric assessment across the lifespan, Sneha has a compassionate, warm and respectful person-centred approach that also considers the influence of family values and cultural diversity. She couples her collaborative style with evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness- and strengths-based therapy, and Schema-informed Therapy.
Sneha welcomes clients across the lifespan with a variety of presentations including anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum, depression, OCD, panic disorder, phobias, eating disorders, trauma, as well as behaviour, cognition and anger management challenges.
