Individual Therapy

Perinatal Wellbeing

The perinatal period refers to the period from conception until the baby is approximately 1 year old. This is a period of significant change for parents and requires adjustment. Evidence suggests that, even positive change can trigger stress, anxiety or even depression depending on our adjustment processes. Our psychologists and therapists have a particular interest in helping parents adjust to this new period of life.

To that end we offer the following services for those who are expecting or raising a baby:

We are passionate about supporting employers and leaders to provide mentally healthy workplaces, to support their teams and see both the business and its people thrive. We are equally passionate about increasing the psychological mindedness of as many people in our community as possible.

To that end we provide a range of workshops and interventions to increase psychological mindedness in the workplace and community

Telehealth

Our practice has been providing telehealth services to our clients for several years. Clients who have accessed our telehealth services include long-distance and overseas clients, as well as those whose busy schedules make it difficult to come into our practice.

We use a safe and secure online platform for telehealth and also have the option of telephone sessions for those who prefer this.
