Clinical Psychologist

“I see therapy as a process of transformation. Transformation achieved as you and I work together to understand the problem, clarify your goals, and reach for solutions. I work with mums, dads, teachers, health professionals, managers, and more. Basically, those who care for and influence others. Your role is of immense value as you nurture and lead those you parent or manage. Having others under your care can make it difficult to nurture your own wellbeing. You want to be able to show up for the people you lead and care for, while also maintaining your own health and wellbeing. I use evidence-based therapies and then support you to implement them with the aim of helping you be the person you want to be and make the most of life”. – Tehani Gunasekara
